Greyhound is about $1.25 per pound
Roughly 125 pounds in a crate.
That's an educated guess

Plus $50 in gas to get it down to ABQ and back more or less. I haven't really calculated the cost of shipping but at some point it might become cheaper to like drive to denver and meet you.

Re: 3.7 six speed T4 4WD transmission
you can get it shipped for about $1 a pound, it is too heavy for most carriers, so the best thing to do is separate the major parts. I shipped a bellhousing/front diff assembly by US post for about $41 as I recall (I made s custom wood frame to bolt it to, and cover it with correlated cardboard, many carriers charge more for wood crates, so wrap the crate with cardboard and shipping tape).
I shipped a whole honda civic engine (long block, all aluminum) for about $80 though fed ex freight, same issue, made simple wood frame and bolted the engine to it so it would not shift, wrapped the wood frame with correlated cardboard and packing tape. It just looked like a heavy cardboard box. Fed-ex freight is the cheapest for heavy items, usually it will have to be dropped off and picked up at the local fed-ex station, but well worth it.
