Can't tell if that red stripe is part of the diagram, or a unique addition to the pattern...

Thanks, Bryan!
Since I cannot read French - that top photo with the photograpic/video gear on the car's roof - is it an ancestor of a Google Streetview car?
The large lettering on the side appears to read "IMRO" (or "IMRD") and "WATCHING." Any idea on this?

Hi Tom- In the article, the author speculates about the drivetrain and comments on the roof-mounted "bird watching camera."

The concept is referred to as "The Car of the Future, available next year."

I love it.

A-HA ! on the clue to the sign on the side!
It is a car dedicated to IMRD WATCHING!
Ornithologists and birdwatchers the world over know (and are quite keen to add to their lists) the seldom-seen and fleet (when unladen) IMRD swallow. The IMRD species is the very rare cousin to the African and European swallows...

Is that the breaking wind speed or the making wind speed?

Swallows DON'T fart. It's a matter of pride with them.

No - but enough of them could carry grooms wielding said coconuts.

This is soooo cool. The T4wd is probably the most utilitarian vehicle ever built. I love the cubby in the back with a TV and place to prepare one's sushi :)

I will always have at least one of these cars, but I'm getting buried in my 4WD van :)

Really like those 4wd 'yota vans also. To bad it is so hard to find one that has not been driven to the moon and back...
