The first price is regular OE retail - the second is ToLC's. If you mention the forum they may give you a discount too.

If those are the factory wire clamps, I would pass on those. They cut the hose, and are seldom reusable. I would take the stainless band type clamps any day. Though many of those are junk now too, they should be smooth turning without binding.
