looks great for that price.. but not working? no AC? can't tell from the pics

perhaps the drivers side got a bit more sun than the passengers?

it says the AC is working, the "non-op" status the seller mentions is unique to california. In an attempt to get more money out of drivers if you have a car that you are not driving you have to register it as "non-op" or you will get fined if you allow the registration to laps. Not sure of the logic, except to collect fines. It does not necessarily mean it is not in working conditon, you are just not driving it on public roads. owner says it is drivable, and ac and power steering all work.

looks like a great deal actually, fairly low miles and in great shape, even the paint looks good.

I think that what Petros has posted is accurate (not that I am conversant with CA regs), based on just observation over the years - and that the seller apparently (?) has some old Jags in the background (if his), so he may be conversant with "mature" crocks.
Looks nice to me - particularly with the AC functioning!
