As impressive as it looks, I would question the overall condition of the engine for hardly haven been driven, and probably small trips.
It would likely need all the engine rubber and seals replaced, but otherwise, not bad!

That was their entry level truck, I know, I looked at one in 1986, cost new was about $7400 as I recall. it is pretty bare bones: am radio and no carpet, just cheap rubber mat, and thin vinyl bench seat.
