If you trust them, harbor freight sells a kit with quite a few different sized keys.

Re: Rack and Pinion internal play?
I am in need of some assistance here. I just purchased a complete rack and pinion kit from RA and I believe they sent me through wrong one. I now have to return it possibly tomorrow. While I checked on RA just now, they have gotten a seal kit for the rack and pinion and I would like to know which ro...

I'm the furthest west you can get, in el paso. Your guess is as good as mine brotha. I search craigs about 4 times a week checking to see if anyone ever posts one.

Re: Howdy y'all
Go stock clutch. Daily it normally. My shitty ass 95 accord would eat transmissions all day long because I have an iron foot. Replaced it 4 times and sold it. Stock clutch held up nicely throughout that rough journey.

Re: Rack and Pinion internal play?
I finally got around to adjusting the pinion gear in the rack today. I was only able to turn it by hand but I did almost one full rotation. The loud clunk is not noticeable anymore either. So, if you have that clunk and your rack isn't leaking any yet, I would highly suggest anyone with the problem ...

Blown power rack seals.
Is there a temp fix for this issue? Quite embarrassing leaving a ton of power steering fluid everywhere I drive. Stop leak was of no help. Thought of just removing the power steering pump belt thinking less fluid would leak out until I am able to buy a new rack. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is the temp gauge an interchangeable piece within the cluster? I've got a good one if it is.

If it's not fitting in, maybe the lobe on the cam is at the highest point? Maybe you can rotate the engine a bit and try sticking it back in there.

Re: Head liner sag is such a drag
I've tried using a few brands of spray adhesive a few times (including 3M, which is supposed to be the good stuff) on another Tercel's headliner that was sagging. It worked fine for 2 or 3 months and then it would always sag again. I ended up drilling small holes in the headliner board and pushing ...

If it is off by a considerable amount, they normally sell adapter reducers, If that is the correct name, at auto part stores. Looks something like this.
