kingtercel - That quantity requirement is ridiculous - "Gee, boss, I don't know why we don't sell more stuff overseas... ." Ditto on remailing it from St. Louis, Missouri if you prefer. I've sold over 2K items on eBay (99% bicycle stuff), and a lot of the old BritBikeBits did go to Austra...
The wonderful POS FSM (apparently) does not have a pix of this; could someone post a pix so I can save it to fabricate something this Summer? This does not seem like a practical item to ship - or did the sedans use it as well?
Thanks.

Pretty neat and professional ! It would be interesting to see the pix/hear the story of the conversion. While it never rains in Southern CA, I'd like to see how drainage was accomplished. I'll bet it would be warm i/s with the reduced cab volume (I'm thinking this as it is cold in STL-not MN or CO c...
Kinda off the Tercel comments - I had a Jasper engine put in my '88 Dodge Ram 50/aka Mitsu with the 2.6 engine (original had cracked head + at only 90K), and when talking to Jasper, they said they always leave out the balance shaft, as it is a source of many problems. Jasper has the rep as the premi...
Whose hometown ??? I like the cruise control, but why won't a brick work? I saw your reference to STL, and there is actually an '88 2-door in the paper today that is a one-owner with 95K miles. I almost called - but remembered that it would have the 3E engine/crappy carb - and figured that I still ...
OhBoy-OhBoy.
To quote from my just-received (USA) '86 Brochure re 4WDs:
SR5 - only 6-speed and Deluxe - 6-speed or 3-speed auto (w/o o'drive).
FWD Wagon was 5-speed or 3-speed auto w/o'drive.
Correcto - or were interim models or country-specific models available?

Thanks to all for the answers. I thought the pan would be sturdy enough - and this is the easier method. The exhaust manifold and the little shock would be among the components previously mentioned for detachment. I have been getting "clunking" on deceleration from speed, and while I reali...
Well, I have the 2 front mounts and the rear transmission mount. The three are OEM from Butler Toyota in Indy, cost $161, and were literally just a few bucks more than aftermarket from AZ or Advance - actually less than from one of those vendors. The rear looks like a pretty straightforward procedur...
Blushingly, I admit to just noticing that the engine under cover is missing. I'm taking that it is vital only in keeping dirt and stuff away from the engine compartment; since my offroading is confined to occasionally missing the driveway, I presume this cover can be regarded as redundant? If it is ...
