i'm planning our trip down to burning man and figured i should ask here about worthwhile camping spots and sights to see en route. as of right now, all we have planned is to leave home on vancouver island on saturday, august 20th, take the noon ferry from victoria to anacortes, drop off some wheels ...

the mile/km markers are on the sides of the highway and are posted every mile/km. what petros and takza are suggesting is taking note the next time you drive on a hwy of your mile/km when you pass one and then checking again when you pass, say, a tenth marker. so if your odo is at 100.0 miles when y...

just finished a tank of gas and calculated my mileage taking the tire size into account. came to 12.9 km/L, or 30.3 miles/gallon, and that's mainly made up of short 6.5 km trips to work and back so i'm pretty pleased. like some peeps, i've had one or two mysterious tanks that got as much as 35 miles...

yeah, it looks pretty good. the head rests are different in mine, wonder if they switched it up for the 87/88's.

what happened to the dairy queen terc, was it up for sale at some point? i must have missed that part of the story.

speaking of such things, when you guys changed your gear oil did you replace the drain plug gaskets? i neglected to and have since found my trans is dripping--ever so slowly but nonetheless. if you guys replaced yours, did you go with the OE thing or generic?

yeah, some people have said that about the different seats. i guess it's whatever you're used to. my '87 dodge omni had extremely comfortable seats IMO but i'm sure that not everyone would agree with me on that point!
