Traveled to Sheridan Lake, British Columbia to fish last week. About 8 miles before 100 Mile House I spotted several 4WD Tercels sitting in someones yard on the west side of the road (97) just before the Sheridan turnoff (24).

Re: Weird Charging/Alternator Problem
i have driven several cars short distances with the battery removed "after" engine is running. but recently found out its not a good idea i hear the alternator output increases dramatically when the battery is out (thinks it needs to charge something) and the extra output can damage electr...

Re: #4 Piston really jammed
something has to be wedged in there or the rod end is trapped between crank and block
you should be able to twist and push it up (use a long wood dowel) once it is untrapped
you will not be able to twist it from top side (head removed)

Re: Cooling system gaskets..use sealant?
i have found sometimes that replacing the "O" rings is not enough
they leak for some reason
so i have had to take it apart and put it back together with sealant added
this has happened several times so now i goop 'em up everytime
