doesnt the 3AC manifold bend down and the 4AC go straight out?

I was wondering if the tercel 3AC has the same carb inlet manifold as the corolla SR5 4AC manifold? I thought that I read somewhere that said that the 4AC has a different one. Also is the oilpan and the back plate that goes between the engine and gearbox the same? Thanks.
