Re: Photobucket fix

Thanks for the link - I use Chrome, and it worked. For the last x years, though, I have eschewed Photobucket, once I discovered I could post pix directly from my 'puter. I did check in to Photobucket to capture some of the pix I'd added to it about Goldie and to add to my "Goldie Photo" folder and di...

I made a post to the article, with a mention of the Club's address. I believe member Bryan Thompson...

I removed the old bearings and retainers and my local garage pressed on the new ones for just $25 back in 2010.

Re: Hello

HA - I bought my new '83 in late '82 from Lou Fusz here in Kirkwood! The only thing negative about the AT version is the huge amount of revs at highway speeds; the AT version was really more of an "in-town" car. 48K is just unbelievable; I think it is THE lowest of anyone's here! Was it a tow-behind...

Re: Hello

Across which river from moi? I think both IL and MO could currently qualify as "states of confusion" - at least their Legislatures ...
Looks nice - no rust? It's not from the Midwest, is it? You even have the luggage cover!
Details!

Re: Leaf Lament or Vent Vexations

Nope - no rust. I usually renew the rubber every two years, "just because."
In fact, just this afternoon I checked the rubbers when washing the car, and all were "snug" as they were two years ago. I made the holes just big enough to be a tight fit on the posts - used no adhesive.

Re: Leaf Lament or Vent Vexations

Oddly, there have been no more leaks since my last report in 2009. Why? Who knows.
It would take some mighty large and heavy raindrops to get past the rubber around the wiper posts.
I would concede that some may seep past the rubber.

Re: Effective Tercel Searches

@ stanrob (the other T4WD OF!) -
The message window I receive is: This program is unable to run because of missing or corrupted files. Contact your computer manufacturer.
This is a new experience for me after all of these years.

Re: Effective Tercel Searches

@ stanrob: Could not open - am told it contained corrupted files?
Also - note that Petros cannot reply for a couple of weeks; he is out of the country for about another week-and-a-half.

But - from Autozone, as it is $10, vs. $15 from Amazon - a surprise!
