You might try this site, they have various modules that just fit right into the existing sockets; I haven't searched for the Tercel bulb types yet though. I've ordered LEDs from them before and seem to be a good company.

I burned out something in my distributor, the igniter or coil or something, because of a loose spark plug wire. Besides that, I haven't had anything that you mentioned fail. Never added any ignition booster, seems to work fine on its own.
